One day, a particular king was looking for samurais to be his personal bodyguard. Three samurais auditioned for the job: a young samurai, an old samurai and a Jewish samurai.
The first samurai, the young one, was called before the king. He took out a small box, opened it, and a small fly flew out. With a 'Yee-hah!', he sliced the fly into 2 pieces. The king was impressed and said "Very good!".
The next samurai, the old one, took out a small box, opened it, and similarly it contained a small fly. With a 'Yee-hah!', he sliced the fly into 4 pieces. The king was even more impressed and said "Excellent!".
The last samurai, the Jewish one, did the exact same thing with a small box, a small fly and a 'Yee-hah!'. However, the fly was still flying about. So the king said: "Why should I use you? You couldn't even kill the fly.'
The Jewish samurai replied: "Circumcision was never meant to kill." hehehe. this one is SO ROYSTON.
i like pst casey treat! his hairstyle never changes. haha. but he's funny.
and i like his faith msg. very timely. *hollers* take that, moutains in my life! im bigger than you! :D
actually. going to church is like going clubbing. i think pple like clubbing cos its simply such an EXPERIENCE. like all your senses are invigorated (or really raped) by all that happens in one night. you are so saturated with what you see, hear, touch, smell, taste. i think everyone is looking for something that completely consumes them and let them escape from reality once in a while. or everyday, for some pple.
i figure many pple cant get that out of church. obviously and expectedly i will pick church but its because i can get that same kind of experience when i actually meet God, have an encounter, a revelation, a touch from heaven. and i always walk away feeling like 'wow what was that.' i love the presence of God. i tingle from head to toe whenever i feel Him in the room.
i like clubbing but i guess i wont do it too often. bad for health, lah. dont want to die early of lung cancer. passive smoking is far more damaging than 1st hand smoke. so annoying.
so if i had to get my kick, id rather get it at expo hall 8! heh.
a full person wont hunger for bad food. (:
